What should your MC be doing?

An professional MC will ensure your night will FLOW according to YOUR plan. Your night will be organised where you and your guests are entertained and included in all the moments and YOU can sit back and relax!  Save heaps when your DJ is your MC because you are already paying them to be at your wedding.  Paying for a second person, another DJ, celebrant etc to be your MC is an extra expense you can avoid; it makes sense they have to charge extra to come to your reception to be MC.  

Want music for your ceremony?

We provide an outdoor PA (no power required, includes wireless mic) we’ll play your music that compliments the atmosphere as your guests arrive.  Then play your walk down the aisle song, signing off the register and walk back up the isle music as newlyweds. This way your celebrant can focus 100% on their job.  After your ceremony while your guests mingle, we’ll assist your photographer with the use of a microphone; they will not have to shout to find guests for photos.  This will save you a heap of time. Guests are often looking for the venues facilities, where to put presents and the like so we’ll be there to point them in the right directions; we’ll even assist with things like ‘Couple Bingo’.

Do we Travel anywhere?  YES!  There is no extra cost for Brisbane and Sunshine Coast venues.  However for Noosa, Gold Coast, Byron, Ballina, Toowoomba, Warwick etc venues as a guide we charge around  $1/ klm + accomodation in some cases. For an exact quote tell me your wedding location and I’ll give you a price.

Do we charge to set up?  No.  We set up all equipment 2 hours prior to the time you want us to start playing music; whether that be at your ceremony or reception.  In relation to your reception, it’s preferable we set up before your guests arrive into the room  but ultimately that’s your choice.  If you require us to set earlier than 2 hour before we are due to start then an additional charge may apply.
